Is DreamBox appropriate for all ages?
DreamBox is made with all audiences in mind. Children under the age of 12 must always be accompanied by an adult.
Some installations require looking or listening (rather than touching), so we ask that adults supervise accordingly. Our staff are there to guide you and ensure you have a happy experience.
What if I’ve lost something at DreamBox?
Please hold on to your hats (and cell phones)! DreamBox is not responsible for missing items. While we have a lost and found, we cannot guarantee that your missing item will be located. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for more information on lost items.
Can I bring my pet?
While we love animals, they are not allowed at DreamBox.
Can I bring food and drinks?
Food and beverages sold outside of DreamBox are not allowed in our experience.
Are there bathrooms?
Yes! Bathrooms are available inside DreamBox and can be accessed through our back entrance. We encourage visitors to use the bathroom before entering the experience.
What is DreamBox?
DreamBox is a collection of unique installations centred around positivity, creativity, and childhood imagination. Together with local artists and brands, inside the gallery, you’ll see a variety of boxes and murals to explore to your heart’s content!

What is included in the experience?
An hour of freedom, wandering and happiness. Explore as you please, and don’t forget to snap some of your favourite new memories!
What should I bring?
Along with your curiosity, you must bring your ticket (and an adult if you are under 12 years old).
We request that everyone adheres to wearing a face mask during this time. Masks may only be removed during the taking of photo and videos.
How long does it usually take to go through DreamBox?
Your ticket allows you access for up to an hour. Because we know you’ll love each box, we have a feeling you’ll spend a lot of time in certain boxes you engage in, so we cannot guarantee you’ll go through the entire experience in an hour.
Is the experience self-guided?
Yes! You’re free to explore and take as many photos and videos as you like. However, to allow all visitors an equal opportunity to experience each installation, we ask that you don’t revisit any areas you’ve already passed through.
Are there any rules about taking photos and videos?
We encourage you to take as many photos and videos as you like! That being said, please be considerate of others enjoying the experience. Tripods, external flashes and lights, excessive props, commercial or product shoots, media shoots, press interviews, and any professional video equipment are prohibited without advance approval and accompaniment from a DreamBox representative. Is DreamBox wheelchair accessible?
Yes! We are wheelchair accessible, but please let us know in advance through the checkout process for special requests so we can be ready for you.
Where do I buy tickets?
You can reserve your spot by booking here. You can also buy tickets in person if the tickets are not already sold out. If there are no more tickets for a specific time available online, that means that the ticket slot is sold out. Tickets purchased on unauthorized third-party websites or through scalpers are not permitted.
During this COVID-19 period, ticket volumes are limited due to South African protocol.
Can I buy tickets at the door?
Yes! However, priority is given to customers who have booked in advance online. Tickets sold at the door are limited and on a first-come, first-serve basis.
How much are tickets?
R160 per person incl. VAT
What time do I need to arrive?
Please plan to arrive 5-10 minutes early. If you arrive more than 10 minutes after your purchased time slot, we will help you reschedule your tickets for another time.

Can I return/exchange my ticket or give it to someone else?
Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferrable. However, if you feel sick, tested positive for COVID-19, or have been in contact with someone who has tested positive for COVID-19, contact us at email@example.com to reschedule your tickets for another date.
Anything special I need to know about checking in?
If you have booked online, our team will double check your ticket at the door and allow access to the experience. If you are purchasing your ticket at the door, you’ll be required to pay and sign our booking declaration and liability waiver.

Yes, parking is available at on site.
